Skybrook
Designed under the Town of Huntersville Traditional Neighborhood Design rules, Skybrook is a golf-course community about 15 miles from Uptown Charlotte. On 1,100 acres, Skybrook offers world-class recreation with an 18-hole championship golf course, a fully staffed racquet and swim club with four pools, splashers, sprayers and a 185-foot waterslide, a fitness center, parks and ballfields.
We broke ground in 2000 and anticipate having 2,000 single-family homes and 500 townhomes when the neighborhood is completed.

Awards & Recognition
D.R Bryan founded Bryan Properties in 1984 with neighborhoods in Winston-Salem and Raleigh. Bryan Properties has created award-winning communities in Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Clayton and Huntersville. BPI has received awards sponsored by the Home Builders Association and the Triangle and Charlotte Sales and Marketing Councils, including:

- Best Community Recreation Complex, 1998 and 2000

In 2007, BPI was named Business Conservationist of the Year by the North Carolina Wildlife Federation. In 2008, The North Carolina Land Trust awarded BPI the Corporate Conservation Award of the Year.
These awards recognized BPI's donation to the Triangle Land Conservancy of more that 1,000 acres in northern Durham, creating enormous benefits for wildlife, forest preservation, and water quality, very important for the half-million people who every day get their drinking water from the Upper Neuse River Basin.
